KEY TASKS TO BE PERFORMED
- Fundamental to this role is an understanding of mandatory training in alignment with Occupational Health and safety ACT or other relevant industry acts (Mining/Construction, etc)
- Ensure understanding of the NCOP act for lifting machine operations training
- Plan and schedule all training- short courses / unit standard based
- Maintain and update trackers
- Ensure that certification and carry cards are done with no errors
- Management of stationery & training material stock – inventory management
- Printing of training material for all training that has been scheduled
- Ensure that the relevant SETA LMS is always updated at all times.
- Ensure that POE’S are audited once sent back from the trainer/assessor
- Ensure professionalism at all times when communicating to clients
- Weekly meetings will be held with the admin / ETQA manager
- Ensure all reports/stats are accurate and submitted on time
- Ensure client feedback reports are compiled once training has been done and report to
the admin /ETQA manager. - Ensure that the relevant trainee documents are collected before preparing files for
external moderation. - Any data capturing that will be done should be done accurately.

EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a compliance training role will be advantageous
- 3 years of admin experience
- Planning experience
