Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact, briefing, sample coordination, and order finalization.

• Collaborate closely with internal departments, including technical teams, to meet client needs and secure successful sales outcomes.

• Work alongside clients to develop briefs that align with current market trends and industry demands.

• Maintain and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.

• Stay ahead of industry developments and anticipate market trends to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Requirements

• Matric qualification.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales and marketing .

• Proficiency in integrated marketing communications .

• Prior experience and knowledge in the flavour and fragrance industry is highly beneficial.

• Strong understanding of product commercialization processes.

• Self-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about sales within the flavours and fragrances sector.
