Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality sector Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, including hotels, restaurants, and event venues Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets STO Management
Oversee and manage STO processes to ensure timely and efficient stock movement Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and procurement teams to optimize order fulfillment Ensure compliance with internal stock movement policies and system best practices Customer & Vendor Relations
Work closely with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth transactions Address customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues efficiently Market Analysis & Reporting
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities Generate sales performance reports and provide insights for strategic decision-making
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, or F&B supply chains) Hands-on experience with STO processes Strong negotiation and communication skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales reporting toolsPreferred Skills
Prior experience in luxury hospitality or FMCG Knowledge of supply chain logistics and procurement processes Ability to analyze and improve operational efficiencies related to STOWhat We Offer
