Description:
The E-commerce Lead will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our e-commerce operations and corporate websites. This role involves managing product listings, inventory, customer experience, and sales performance across all digital platforms. They will also be required to assist with other aspects of digital marketing across all our health and wellness brands.Qualifications & Educational Experience:
- Diploma or degree in relevant field
- 2 years work experience
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven work experience in retail
- Demonstrable experience in digital marketing
- Proficient in using graphic design (Canva) & editing tools
Some of the responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Website Optimization: Oversee the design, functionality, and performance of the companys e-commerce website and corporate websites, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.
- Marketplace Integration: Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on third-party marketplaces, ensuring compliance with each platforms policies and guidelines.
- Product Listings: Create and optimize product descriptions, images, product Ads and keywords to improve search rankings and conversion rates on both the website and marketplaces.
- Stakeholder management: Engage with various stakeholders in our e-commerce value chain.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels across all sales channels, coordinating with the supply chain and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Order Fulfilment: Ensure efficient order processing and fulfilment, coordinating with logistics partners to meet delivery timelines and customer expectations.
- Returns Management: Oversee the returns process, ensuring timely and efficient handling of returns and exchanges to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Procurement: Engage with suppliers to ensure that we procure inventory required for e-commerce i.e. thank you cards, boxes, straw etc.
