Description:
Key Responsibilities:Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for VSD solutions in the HVAC and Agri sectors. Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting key clients, consultants, contractors, and end-users. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing technical expertise and support. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of VSDs in energy efficiency and operational cost savings. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and marketing, to align sales efforts with business objectives. Provide market intelligence, including competitor analysis and customer feedback, to support business development initiatives. Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive pipeline management and client engagement. Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders, ensuring alignment with customer requirements. Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in VSD technology.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical sales Strong understanding of HVAC systems, energy efficiency solutions, and industrial applications. Proven track record of successfully achieving or exceeding sales targets. Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions. Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
