Are you enthusiastic about cultivating strong client relationships?Our national client located in Montague Gardens is looking for a proactive individual to engage face-to-face with clients, handling all in-office needs and showcasing their extensive product lineup.This role as Key Accounts Sales involves understanding clients’ unique requirements, managing quotes, invoicing, and coordinating stock needs. We seek someone with a keen drive, enthusiasm, and a professional demeanor to excel in customer relationship building." REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric, minimum three to five years’ experience
  • Experience working with electrical, lighting and hardware – Advantageous
  • The ability to be proactive and asses clients needs for various projects
  • Excellent communication, bilingual in English and Afrikaans with own transport
  • Self-driven with the ability to successfully close sales
  • High attention to detail, enthusiastic and committed
  • Computer Literacy: MS Excel: Intermediate

DUTIES
  • Enthusiastically receiving of all clients
  • Process orders via email and over the phone
  • Counter sales for walk in client
  • Assessing customer specific requirements for various projects
  • Negotiation of pricing
  • Contacting clients to ensure the accuracy of information on the invoices
  • Follow up on sales quotes weekly
  • Ensure the full cycle from initial sales to delivery is completed successfully
  • Making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads by referring the customer to the respective External Sales Reps
  • Dealing with international client
  • Provide feedback to customers on time
  • Ensure information on client orders is correct
  • Liaise with the warehouse department ensuring timeous deliveries of orders
  • Assisting with quarterly stock takes
  • Understand client needs and continuously promoting products to new and existing customers
  • Maintain accurate records of all follow ups made with customers with feedback to management
  • Remaining up to date on new product listings and a clear understanding of each product description
  • Contacting architects, engineers, interior designers and developers to schedule on site meetings regarding new/upcoming projects

Salary: R25 000 - R30 000 basic plus commission.
