Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Provide prompt, friendly, and professional responses to customer emails regarding products and services.
- Offer Technical Guidance: Assist customers with installation guides, troubleshooting tips, and general product information.
- Maintain Customer Relationships: Ensure a positive experience for users by offering support with empathy and patience.
- Track & Analyze Issues: Log and monitor customer inquiries to identify common trends and areas for service improvement.
- Improve Customer Service Processes: Work collaboratively with the team to refine support workflows and enhance user experience.
- Update Documentation: Contribute to the FAQ section and help documentation based on recurring customer queries.
- Provide Insightful Feedback: Report customer feedback and insights to management to help shape future product development.
Qualifications & Skills
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred, ideally with UK-based experience.
- Strong Written Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in all written interactions.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in responses and documentation updates.
- Time Management: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet response time goals.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using email, customer support platforms, and basic office software.
- Positive Attitude: Patience and professionalism when addressing customer concerns.
