Do Maintenance: Clean and check machines to keep them in good condition. Follow Safety Rules: Wear safety gear and make sure your workspace is safe. Supervision: Lead and assist a group of factory employees What You Need
Technical Skills: Know how to use tools and read simple technical drawings. Good Attention to Detail: Check work carefully to ensure high quality. Teamwork: Work well with other people in the factory. Physical Strength: Be able to stand for long periods and lift materials if needed. Experience: Previous work in a factory or with machines is a plus but not required.
