Our client is seeking a Professional Structural Engineer/Technologist with 12 years of experience in structural design for building infrastructure to join a well-established consultancy in Mbombela.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead and manage structural design projects for various building infrastructure developments.

·        Conduct structural analysis and prepare detailed design calculations and drawings.

·        Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

·        Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technologists.

·        Collaborate with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams.

·        Conduct site inspections and provide engineering solutions as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

·        BEng/BSc in Civil Engineering or BTech in Structural Engineering.

·        Registered as a PrEng or PrTechEng with ECSA.

·        12 years of experience in structural design, focusing on building infrastructure.

·        Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., Prokon, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).

·        Strong project management and leadership skills.

·        Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
