Hire Resolve's client, a reputable civil construction company specializing in large-scale infrastructure projects, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Low-Bed Driver to join their team in Wellington.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and drive a low-bed truck to transport heavy equipment and machinery to various construction sites.​

• Ensure cargo is properly secured before transport and inspect the vehicle for defects and safe operating conditions.​

• Plan travel routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of cargo.​

• Assist in the safe and efficient loading and unloading of cargo.​

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the truck as needed.​

• Comply with all traffic laws and regulations while maintaining a clean driving record.​

Requirements:

• A valid Code 14 driver's license with no endorsements.​

• A valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP).​

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in low-bed driving within the civil construction field.​

• Proficiency in both Afrikaans and English.​

• Residency within a 70 km radius of the Wellington area.​

• Ability to load and unload heavy equipment onto the low-bed.​

• Willingness to work away from home occasionally.​
