Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reporting.

·        Oversee contracts, procurement, and project cost control.

·        Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

·        Work closely with clients, engineers, and project teams.

Requirements:

·        BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

·        5+ years experience in a consulting environment.

·        Proven expertise in data centres & industrial projects.

·        Strong contractual and financial acumen.

·        Based in Johannesburg.
