Role: Lead Bridge Engineer

Industry: Civil Engineering / Infrastructure

Level: Senior

Key Requirements:

•           B.Eng / BSc in Civil Engineering

•           10 years post-graduate experience in bridge design

•           Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer

•           Registration with SANRAL as a Bridge Inspector (advantageous)

•           Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., Prokon, MIDAS)

•           Experience with common data environment platforms such as ProjectWise, SharePoint, and BIM360

•           Expertise in bridge engineering, project management, quality compliance, and risk management

•           Strong experience in resource planning, staff management, and quality assurance in bridge-related projects

•           Ability to align operational, tactical, and strategic plans with organizational goals and industry advancements

•           Proven ability in business development, client relationship management, and brand positioning
