The role requires a candidate with a deep understanding of cosmetic ingredients, product formulation and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and formulate a wide range of skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products in line with market trends and customer needs.

Conduct in-depth research and testing of ingredients to ensure product safety, stability, and efficacy.

Perform product performance and safety testing to ensure formulations meet regulatory and quality standards.

Collaborate with the R&D, marketing, and production teams to bring new products from concept to launch.

Stay up to date with the latest cosmetic and skincare ingredients, formulation techniques, and industry regulations.

Troubleshoot and optimize formulations for performance, texture, appearance, and stability.

Ensure all products comply with local and international regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulations).

Document and report all formulations, testing results, and product development processes accurately
