Our client, a prominent leader in the security industry, is looking to hire a Commercial Manager to join their finance division. Known for their innovation and dedication to providing top-notch security solutions, they are seeking an experienced and strategic individual to oversee their commercial financial operations and contribute to the company’s continued growth and success.

Duties:

Oversee the commercial financial activities, including pricing strategies, costing models, and contract management.
Lead the preparation, negotiation, and management of commercial contracts to ensure profitability and compliance.
Develop, analyse, and optimize pricing models and ensure that they align with market trends and company objectives.
Provide strategic insights into cost management, profitability, and pricing decisions for various projects and contracts.
Work closely with senior leadership and other departments to provide financial analysis and advice on commercial opportunities.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:
- BCom Accounting Degree.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years post-articles experience in a finance or commercial management role.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with pricing models, costing, and financial analysis.
- Strong background in commercial contracts, including negotiation, implementation, and management.
