An AI-driven company specializing in voice analytics and compliance monitoring is looking for an Integrations Product Owner to join their team.

Skills Required

·        Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for at least 2 years, particularly in integration projects and API-driven platforms.

·        Strong experience interacting with both customers and developers, acting as the bridge between business needs and technical execution.

·        Proven track record of managing integrations with third-party IT teams, vendors, and offshore development teams

·        Deep understanding of APIs, system interoperability, and integration architectural patterns.

·        Hands-on project management experience, including scoping, resource planning, and risk mitigation.

·        Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with product development teams.

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

·        Experience working in SaaS, AI, or data-driven platforms.

·        Prior experience with CRM, telephony, or enterprise system integrations.

·        Familiarity with API gateways, event-driven architectures, and middleware solutions.

·        Experience with cloud-based integration services, AWS.
