You will contribute to the organisational strategy by developing and reporting financial insights, and implementing and managing strategic initiatives to enhance customer interaction and staff satisfaction, in order to achieve company targets and objectives. In addition, the role will contribute to enhancing internal customer interaction through immersion and commercial partnering with the business. Focus on commercial deals to ensure commercial viability and accurate financial reporting. Ensure that strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial / management reporting processes, within Short-Term Insurance verticals, are produced accurately and on time whilst adding value by providing insights and analysis.

Financial modeling
Insights and reporting
Stakeholder engagement

What Do You Need?:

Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in a Business related field (essential); CIMA (advantageous); or CA(SA) will be advantageous
8 or more years' experience as a Senior Manager (essential)
3 or more years' experience and exposure to business operations (essential)
Experience in the Financial Services environment (advantageous)
