Are you passionate about the fast-paced world of retail and ready to take on a leadership role in a thriving organization? A South Africa retail leader is looking for a Finance Manager drive financial excellence and support their continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all accounting and financial management for South African operations and multiple Southern African trading entities.
Lead the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasting, and financial reporting, presenting insights to executive management and the Board.
Evaluate financial feasibility for new investments, store expansions, and lease agreements, providing strategic recommendations.
Mentor and develop finance staff, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with IFRS and company policies.
Act as the finance representative in risk management, joint venture agreements, and stakeholder engagements.

Qualifications:

CA(SA) qualification with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience.
Experience in the retail sector advantageous.
