Lead Financial Excellence at a Luxury Multi-Faceted Farm! Are you a strategic and analytical Financial Manager ready to make an impact in a dynamic production environment? Our client, a prestigious luxury farm, is searching for a Finance Leader to drive financial planning, cost management, and business growth!

Lead and refine financial operations in a fast-paced, high-end setting
Provide strategic financial insights to senior management
Optimize production costs and maximize profitability
Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and tax regulations
Work closely with production, procurement, and operations teams
Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team

What You’ll Need:
Minimum 5+ years in a similar financial management role
Experience in production/manufacturing (a plus!)
Fluent in English & Afrikaans
Advanced Excel & ERP expertise

Qualification:
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (CA(SA), CIMA, or ACCA preferred)
