RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieve sales targets, manage top-selling and slow-moving stock.
• Market products to existing customers and introduce new items.
• Oversee stock management, including tagging, labeling, and stock counts.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints.
• Manage financial transactions, invoices, and payments.
• Lead and support team members.
• Prepare and edit documents, ensuring accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflow.
• Use software like Pastel, Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
• Build relationships and assist with special projects.
• Keep the sales team informed of trends.

REQUIREMENTS
• Retail experience, ideally in luxury décor or the building industry.
• Proficient in Pastel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Strong financial skills and ability to manage cash.
• Adaptable, resilient, and proactive.
• Strong team player and independent worker.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to solve problems and maintain confidentiality.
