Join an FMCG team as a Production Supervisor in the Western Cape!

You’ll oversee the daily operations of production lines and lead and motivate a team, ensuring they adhere to production, safety, and quality standards. Responsibilities also include conducting quality checks, managing team performance, and ensuring HSE compliance. Further duties involve recommending process improvements, managing inventory, and maintaining communication between production and other departments.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates should have a post-matric qualification in a relevant field, with 3-4 years of supervisory experience in the FMCG sector, preferably with knowledge of food safety regulations.
