Retail Solutions is looking for a store manager to join our clients ever-growing team, based in Randburg.
To assist us to help candidates, please ensure your have the below experience
Our Client has recently opened you new stores in the fashion industry, the store manager reports directly to the owners and act as the owner’s representatives in the stores. We expect there store managers to take care of the stores as if it were their own stores.
Task of our clients managers include (but are not limited to) the following:
· Day-to-day running of the stores
· Staff management and discipline
· Stock control
· Shrinkage prevention and stock loss prevention
· Ensuring customer service excellence
· Ensuring operational requirements are met
· Ensuring store compliance with company policies and procedures
· Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
· Ensuring effective implementation of campaigns and promotions
· Ensuring store admin is always up to date
· Ensuring good housekeeping and merchandising

Requirements:
- Customer Service: 1 to 2 years
- Fashion: 2 to 3 years
- Retail Sales In Fashion: 2 to 3 years
Applicants must satisfy the following minimum criteria:
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Previous experience in retail and management is essential
· Contactable references
· Clear criminal record
· Computer literate with good proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
· Willing and able to work retail hours
