Description:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including drafting job specs, screening, interviews, offers, and pre-employment checks.
- Run onboarding with flair—contracts, policies, training schedules, systems access, Day 1 kits, and welcome plans.
- HR Operations & Admin
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, benefits, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Manage performance tracking, probation reviews, and disciplinary procedures.
- Monitor and update HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
- Employee Lifecycle & Culture
- Drive engagement initiatives, recognition, retention strategies, and exit interviews.
- Coordinate internal communications related to culture, wellness, policies, and change.
- Partner with department heads to support performance development, restructures, and resource planning.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to labour legislation, CCMA-prepped documentation, and internal governance.
- Assist with HR data reports, audits, and Exco packs when needed.
