Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Be able to manage staff
- Ensure safety and compliance in the factory by adhering to company policies and regulations.
- Monitor daily operations to maintain smooth functioning and alignment with company standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance efficiency.
- Enforce compliance with HACCP standards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Enhance product and service quality to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Drive improved client satisfaction by optimizing processes and workflows.
- Implement efficient workflows to reduce costs and eliminate waste.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement across all teams and processes.
- Oversee daily production, ensuring adequate stock levels and resource allocation.
- Hire, train, and supervise production employees, including assemblers, packers, and equipment operators.
- Create work schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate manufacturing activities.
- Valid Driver's License & Own Transport (essential)
