We have an opportunity for a Chief Operations Officer (COO) for a growing company that is a leader in it's industry based in the Lynnwood area in Pretoria East, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations, driving operational effectiveness and the Company’s strategic goals. Requirements:- BCom or similar undergraduate degree
- 10+ years proven Operational experience on an executive level
- Natural leader - Ability to lead a team ( High EQ )
- Ability to roll out systems (Essential)
- Tech savvy

- Directly responsible for managing the primary operational functions across the businesses including Customer service, Customer experience, IT, Projects, Marketing, Service Providers & agents.
- Proposing and then implementing scalable systems and processes to enable continued rapid growth of the company.
- The COO will be closely involved in the selling strategy and execution of the business.

- Working in a close-knit executive team to drive the business performance, customer satisfaction and a winning employee culture.
