A dynamic and fast-paced business group is looking for a highly professional and organised Personal Assistant to support the CEO in managing the administrative, scheduling, and communication needs across five companies. While the primary focus will be on one core entity, the role requires multi-business coordination, diary management, and communication support at executive level. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and efficiency
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant
Own vehicle and valid drivers license
Be willing to travel to Cape Town occasionally
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital scheduling tools
Excellent time management and attention to detail
High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the CEO’s email inbox; draft and send correspondence
Schedule, confirm, and manage meetings, calls, and events
Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly calendars
Prepare meeting briefs and reminders
Organise and file contracts, reports, and other business documents
Complete forms, tenders, and onboarding documentation
Liaise with internal teams and department heads
Track deadlines and project deliverables
Coordinate logistics for business activities and travel
Book flights, accommodation, and transport as needed
Travel with or on behalf of the CEO when required
