A national distributor servicing the mining, agricultural, industrial, and automotive sectors is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join their team. This is a hands-on finance leadership role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where you're trusted to lead , make decisions, and drive financial efficiency . You’ll work closely with operations and sales teams while managing a full-function finance department across multiple branches.

Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (e.g., BCom, BAcc)
10+ years of experience in financial management roles.
Strong understanding of operational finance, imports, and compliance.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
Effective leadership and mentoring skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between branches as needed.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to the West Rand.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee full financial operations across multiple branches
Ensure all reporting deadlines and compliance requirements are consistently met
Collaborate closely with sales and internal teams to support operational goals.
Develop and manage cash flow forecasts and financial projections.
Handle VAT, PAYE, provisional tax calculations , and submissions.
Manage f orex deal bookings , payments, and reconciliation.
Prepare year-end statements and liaise with auditors.
Lead, support, and mentor both junior and senior finance staff.
Visit branches as required for month-end close or operational reviews.
