Responsibilities:
Identifying customer needs- Understanding a customer's preferences, budget, and driving requirements to recommend suitable vehicles. Presenting vehicles- Providing detailed information about different models, features, and pricing. Negotiating deals- Working with customers to reach mutually agreeable pricing and financing terms. Building relationships- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals. Keeping informed about new vehicle models, features, and industry trends. Ensuring customer escalation is managed and feedback is provided.Required Skills:
Sales skills- Demonstrating ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals. Customer service skills- Providing excellent service and addressing customer concerns. Product knowledge- Understanding vehicle features, models, and pricing. Negotiation skills- Effectively negotiating prices and terms with customers. Interpersonal- Excellent communication (telephonic & face-to-face), negotiation and influencing skills. A strong understanding of industry and market trends and customer behavior. Self-motivated, priority-setting and time management. Ability to deal with diverse customers and cater for their unique needs. Good communication skills and problem solving abilities.Qualifications and Experience:
Grade 12/ Matric 1 year customer service or general sales experience. Salary: +- R15 000,00/ +-R35 000,00
