Key Responsibilities
- Increase Revenue
Proactively pursue new business through effective strategies (I.e cold calling, site visits, leads, etc)
- Sales Process Management:
Following up with leads, managing the sales cycle, and negotiating contracts.
- Operations Management
Manage the day-to-day operations with planning and executing deliveries On time in Full
- Meeting Sales Goals:
Achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Customer Support:
Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Market Knowledge:
Understanding market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
- Reporting and Analysis:
Tracking sales performance, providing reports, and analyzing market data
Skills and Qualifications:
· Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication, presentation skills.
· Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport, negotiating, and influencing others.
· Sales Knowledge: Understanding sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
· Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the products or services being sold.

· Software Proficiency: Using accounting and administrative software.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Using email, spreadsheets, and other software.
