Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an Administrator to join their team.
Location: Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha
Job type: Permanent - On Site
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assistant to Plant Manager
- Attend to calls, reception, visitors and/or receiving of deliveries
- Maintain office systems and ensure they are running efficiently and effectively
- Serve as a liaison between departments and provide administrative duties
- Manage the maintenance, controlling and organisation of office equipment and supplies
- Perform reporting and other tasks as required
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Administration or Logistics qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in office administration
- Experience in Invoicing will be an added advantage
- Above average computer skills – MS Office and Outlook (EXCEL intermediate non-negotiable)
- Speed and accuracy in data capturing
