Responsibilities:- Welcome and greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage and schedule appointments, including travel arrangements
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
Minimum Requirements
At least two years as a client facing, front office Receptionist.
Grade 12/Matric (Please attach your Matric certificate)
