Description:
To plan, organise and execute all data analysis related work for the Group. The incumbent works with CHG’s data management, executes data strategy and works within the parameters of best practice standards for data analytics and business intelligence.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements:
- B Hons (IT, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Science)
Minimum Experience:
- 1-2 years’ experience
Added Advantage:
- Modelling concepts including GLMs, Machine learning models.
- Healthcare experience is advantageous.
DELIVERABLES:
- Provide support to the business through strategic data analytics projects to deliver insights to senior management across the Group.
- Digitise and automate reports, data capture and workflows through effective business intelligence solutions.
- Develop, deploy, monitor and maintain effective and value adding tools on key performance indicators using the appropriate BI solutions.
- Partner and collaborate with different departments (or hospitals) to manage deliverables effectively, enhance BI solutions and manage expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all information governance requirements, including relevant local and international data protection laws.
- Interpret and analyse varied amounts of data to provide accessible, meaningful and understandable information to all stakeholders.
- Provide organisational data in a number of formats (i.e., dashboards, graphs, charts and reports).
- Conduct data quality audits as necessary.
- Implement, monitor and control business processes according to quality standards, policy, and compliance and governance requirements.
- Ensure the development, alignment, mapping and implementation of end-to-end standard operating procedures / processes.
- Research, enable and consult on improvements and opportunities to harness technology.
- Review existing processes and suggest innovative ideas to improve and streamline processes to drive efficiencies and minimise redundancy.
