Qualification:
Grade 12 Tertiary Education (including Diplomas, Certificates and Degrees) NQF 6 Production Management / Operations Management Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience in a Production Manager role
in the manufacturing industry

Production Coordination
Implement production schedules to meet customer demands Coordinate production activities with other departments Allocate resources including personnel, equipment and material to maximize efficiency and productivity Monitor production processes and workflow, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary to address bottlenecks and delays Analyse production processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction while optimizing efficiency and productivity Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective action Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and safety protocols Maintain accurate production records and documentation Personnel Management
