Description:
The Store Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day functions of the retail branch, including customer service, cash-ups, stock control, and store maintenance.The role requires a proactive individual who can manage daily operations, assist walk-in clients, and support the store team to ensure smooth business flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist and serve walk-in customers professionally and courteously Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment Complete accurate daily sales calculations and cash-ups Assist with attendance tracking and team coordination when required Keep all store paperwork and stock records current Monitor stock levels and place timely orders to avoid shortages Open and close the store as scheduled Upsell and promote products through solid product knowledge Communicate store issues or updates clearly with head office Resolve customer concerns calmly and efficiently Foster a cooperative and positive team environment Support efforts to meet and exceed store sales targets Key Attributes:

Minimum 2 years of retail or general work experience Prior experience with POS systems and basic admin Good communication and numeracy skills Familiarity with stock ordering and control Willingness to learn the product range and promote sales Remuneration:
R5,000 R6,500 per month, based on experience
Working hours:
Monday Friday 08:30 am to 16:00 pm
Saturday 08:30 am to 15:00 pm
