Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

Achieve agreed upon sales targets
Maintain accurate sales reporting using CRM tools
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve exceptional customer service
Attend sales meetings, training sessions and industry events
Requirements:
3 years of sales within soft services / facilities management
Strong communication / negotiation and presentaion skills
Excellent inter-personal skills
Able to work independently and part of a team
Excellent time management skills
Able to take accountability for achieving targets and getting the job done
Valid drivers'' licesnse and own transport
Salary: Basic plus comm, fuel and cellphone allowance
