What you'll do

- Chase the win: Identify new business opportunities and turn potential into pipeline to drive revenue growth
- Be the go-to guide: Build and nurture long-term client relationships rooted in trust, insight, and consistent value
- Make sense of the numbers: Conduct in-depth financial needs analyses and craft actionable, future-focused financial plans
- Stay sharp: Keep up with industry trends, product knowledge, and ever-evolving compliance regulations
- Smash the targets: Consistently hit (and aim to exceed) individual and team sales goals
Requirements:

- Finance Consulting: 1 to 2 years
- RE5 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven sales experience in the financial services industry
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Goal-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about client acquisition and sales
- The role is 100% commission based, the potential candidate must have a proven sales record of R20 000 consistently for the last 6 months in order to qualify
