We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling inquiries and complaints, and ensuring sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries, chat in a timely and professional manner

Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Assist with product and service inquiries and provide information to customers about product features, prices, and benefits

Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals

Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions as required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Experience in customer service or related field is a plus
