What you'll do
Trade Finance Operations
- Administer trade finance facilities from a middle-office perspective
- Manage the implementation of new trade finance clients and renewal processes
- Process high-volume disbursements and track daily client payouts and repayments
- Prepare settlement schedules and support ad hoc operational needs within the trade finance division
Compliance & Documentation
- Act as FICA Custodian for the trade finance division, ensuring documentation is 100% compliant with AML, FICA, and internal policies
- Take full responsibility for sign-offs and document tracking
Client Support & Relationship Management
- Respond to client queries related to active trade finance facilities
- Request and manage compliance documentation from clients with professional follow-through
- Monitor funding limits and facility utilisation per client
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all transactions and client files
- Support reporting needs and assist in preparing data and insights for internal use
Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- 2–4 years' experience in trade finance or SME lending environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, V-LOOKUPs, conditional formatting, financial templates)
- Familiarity with CRM tools or trade finance platforms (Xero, Sage, or similar)
- Strong eye for detail, accuracy, and time management
- Great communicator with excellent client service skills
