As Bartender, you'll be the creative force behind their curated drinks experience. With a refined palate and a flair for storytelling, you’ll craft classic and contemporary cocktails that align with the elegance of the brand—while delivering warm, attentive service to a sophisticated clientele.
Responsibilities;
- Prepare and serve bespoke cocktails, premium wines, and beverages with precision and style
- Engage guests with product knowledge, pairing suggestions, and memorable service
- Maintain the cleanliness, stock, and organisation of the bar
- Uphold the high standards through consistency, creativity, and professionalism
- Collaborate with the culinary and sommelier teams to enhance the overall guest experience
Requirements:

- Preferences will be given to South African candidates
- Bartending: 3 years (Required)
- Fine Dining: 3 years (Required)
