Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin and Procurement Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative operations and procurement functions across our sites.Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office administration and filing duties

  • Handle tenant queries professionally and promptly

  • Address site-related queries and coordinate necessary follow-ups

  • Source and obtain quotes from suppliers for required materials

  • Ensure timely collection and proper filing of supplier tax invoices

  • Conduct regular stock takes of materials and tools on-site

  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of site tools and materials

  • Manage the allocation, usage, and condition of tools on-site Requirements:

    • Proven experience in administrative and/or procurement roles

    • Strong organizational and communication skills

    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Experience in working with suppliers and managing inventories is a plus
