We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin and Procurement Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative operations and procurement functions across our sites.Key Responsibilities:

Perform general office administration and filing duties

Handle tenant queries professionally and promptly

Address site-related queries and coordinate necessary follow-ups

Source and obtain quotes from suppliers for required materials

Ensure timely collection and proper filing of supplier tax invoices

Conduct regular stock takes of materials and tools on-site

Maintain an up-to-date inventory of site tools and materials
-
Manage the allocation, usage, and condition of tools on-site Requirements:

Proven experience in administrative and/or procurement roles

Strong organizational and communication skills
-
Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in working with suppliers and managing inventories is a plus
