Commercial Litigation Attorney

Description:

We have an opportunity for a dynamic Commercial Attorney with 4+ years post article experience, specializing in Commercial Law for a Law Firm based in the Centurion area. (This position has potential for extensive growth) Requirements:

• LLB degree (Essential)
• B. Com / Finance degree will be advantageous
• LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous
• 5+ years post article experience specializing predominantly in corporate and commercial law matters (Essential - Not negotiable)
• Strong contract drafting skills
• Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl. M&A’s, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.).
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans (both verbal and written).
• Fully computer literate (incl. MS Word, Excel, etc.).

Salary, incentives and/or alternative remuneration structure will be negotiable
