An exciting opportunity exists for a Marketing Manager who is passionate about strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and brand development in the healthcare sector.The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing the hospital’s marketing strategy, aligned with Group objectives—while driving growth, visibility, and specialist recruitment efforts.Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership:- Design and implement a hospital-specific marketing strategy in line with Group objectives and budget
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of hospital clinical offerings to inform targeted messaging
- Provide communication support across internal departments and external stakeholders
- Create and manage engagement strategies for GPs and Specialists to boost referral networks
- Plan and coordinate events, campaigns, and initiatives to build strong professional relationships
- Lead the recruitment and retention of doctors to support the hospital’s growth
- Develop brand-aligned brochures, digital content, and patient information material
- Manage media communications and ensure a consistent hospital presence across platforms
- Oversee social media management and content creation to drive public awareness
- Analyze hospital performance data and patient feedback to guide marketing decisions
- Stay informed on healthcare trends and competitor activity to refine strategies
- Prepare reports and insights to inform hospital leadership and adapt campaigns accordingly
Minimum Requirements
- A degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing or communication role
- Experience in doctor recruitment and engagement (advantageous)
- Previous healthcare industry experience is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools
- Must have own transport and be willing to travel
