Description:

We require an experienced Finance and Office Administrator to handle the financial, admin and some procurement duties. Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Finance qualification
  • At least 5 years bookkeeping/financial experience
  • 2 years and more procurement experience
  • 5 years general office admin experience
  • Experience using accounting software

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and general office administration.
  • Welcome guests and inform relevant personnel of their arrival.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, collaborating with the Office/HR Manager to secure quotes and place orders.
  • Ensure financial documents are current and accurately stored, by updating templates and archiving old versions.
  • Maintain meticulous financial records, including the company archive.
  • Shred outdated financial paperwork.
  • Monitor and report on service delivery times, specifically tracking sample receipt and release timestamps.
  • Prepare client quotes after obtaining Finance approval.
  • Receive and prepare test result reports for client distribution and billing.
  • Handle all aspects of client invoicing and statements.
  • Address and resolve client queries related to billing.
