Hybrid for candidates based in the Northern suburbs of Johannesburg
R25 – 35 000 basic per month + Commission (Company Vehicle, Cell Phone & Laptop Provided)

We’re looking for a high-energy External Sales Executive to drive national business development across South Africa. You’ll be based in Johannesburg but work primarily off-site, with regular office check-ins and nationwide travel to meet clients face-to-face.
The company offers a premium range of branded ceramics, kitchenware, and gifting items tailored to the hospitality, restaurant, retail, and corporate gifting sectors. Your role will be to grow the client base and nurture long-term relationships with buyers, procurement managers, and key decision-makers.
This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with experience in relationship-building and new business development. You’ll manage your own schedule, plan client visits, and take ownership of the full sales cycle — from cold calls to closing deals.
Minimum Requirements:
3–5 years proven external sales/business development experience
Background in hospitality, corporate gifting, FMCG, or similar B2B sales
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
Confident communicator, both over the phone and in person
Willingness and ability to travel nationally on a regular basis
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and remote communication tools
Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and client visits
Identify and pursue new business opportunities nationally
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the hospitality, restaurant, and gifting sectors
Conduct presentations and product demos to prospective clients
Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and quoting to closing and onboarding
Attend check-ins at the Sandton office as required (approx. 1x per week or bi-weekly)
Submit weekly reports and keep CRM up to date with all client interactions
Meet monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
Represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and industry function
