RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership and Mentorship

  • Lead a high performing team to ensure superior service standards are maintained and met
  • Continuous engagement, upliftment and education of the team

Key Account Management

  • Build and maintain client relationships, continuous feedback and improvements to clients
  • Plan and implement new installations
  • Client promotion and event co-ordination

Strategic business development

  • Formulate and execute growth plans, penetration of new markets and expanding existing business
  • Develop area specific sales pitch and pitch box
  • Continuous market research and trend analysis

Sales performance and reporting

  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts, comparative to agreed targets

Operations management

  • Implement procedures and controls to ensure all aspects of the daily operations run smoothly
  • Accurate management of stock, invoicing and deliveries
  • Ensure training and audits are being completed to the desired standards and development of the team and technical callouts

  • 5 to 10 years experience in business development and running teams
  • Knowledge of the food and beverage industry an advantage
  • Prior coffee skills, knowledge and excellence would be an added bonus

REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Tertiary qualification in business management

EXPERIENCE

  • 5 to 10 years experience in business development and running teams
  • Knowledge of the food and beverage industry an advantage
