We’re seeking a dynamic leader to oversee all F&B operations and ensure service excellence across our venues.Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead the F&B team across all outlets (restaurant, bar, events, etc.)Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards and ensuring memorable dining experiencesOversee stock control, procurement, menu planning, and supplier relationsDevelop and implement F&B strategies to maximise revenue and profitabilityTrain, mentor, and motivate the F&B team, ensuring high staff morale and developmentEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations, hygiene standards, and operational policiesManage budgets, control costs, and monitor key performance metrics Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a senior F&B management role within a luxury lodge, hotel, or fine dining environment
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong operational knowledge of F&B best practices, trends, and service standards
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering world-class service
