We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales strategy for a prestigious hospitality group. This is a key leadership role for a candidate who is passionate about driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and positioning the brand at the forefront of the luxury hospitality market.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the group’s sales strategy across multiple hospitality propertiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the luxury travel, corporate, and events sectorsBuild and maintain relationships with key partners, including agents, DMCs, and corporate clientsLead the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targetsRepresent the group at trade shows, networking events, and industry functionsCollaborate with marketing and operational teams to create tailored sales packages and promotionsAnalyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior sales role within the hospitality sector (4- or 5-star properties preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong network within the luxury travel and hospitality industry
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Well-presented, driven, and results-oriented

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior sales role within the hospitality sector (4- or 5-star properties preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong network within the luxury travel and hospitality industry
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
