We are hiring an experienced Assistant Lodge Manager to support the daily operations of a premier 5-star lodge. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Lodge Manager in overseeing daily lodge operations, ensuring seamless guest services and high standardsSupervise and motivate the team across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, etc.)Handle guest relations, resolving issues with professionalism and careSupport staff training, scheduling, and performance managementManage stock control, procurement, and supplier relationsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and lodge operating procedures Requirements:- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within a 4- or 5-star lodge or hospitality establishment
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Computer literate (MS Office, PMS systems, etc.)
- A guest-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within a 4- or 5-star lodge or hospitality establishment
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Computer literate (MS Office, PMS systems, etc.)
