This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment, delivering world-class guest experiences in the heart of the bush.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the lodge, ensuring exceptional standards of guest service, hospitality, and operational efficiencyManage and lead all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and ActivitiesBuild strong guest relationships, ensure personalised service, and handle any guest requests or issues with professionalismImplement and maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygieneDrive staff development, training, and team motivationManage stock control, budgets, and operational reportingCollaborate with owners and head office on lodge strategy, marketing initiatives, and special projects Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lodge Manager or Lodge Management Couple in a 4- or 5-star property
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on approach
• Financial and operational acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and reporting
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Comfortable living and working in a remote bush environment
• A valid driver’s license is essential
