Customer and Sales Manager

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer and Sales Manager to join our client in the food industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage key accounts and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery to customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
- Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with customers
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and make strategic decisions
- Provide regular training and support to sales team members

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in Regional sales and customer management within the food industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
