Hoof Verantwoordelikhede:
Bestuur van bestaande huurkontrakte soos deur die maatskappy toegeken
Daaglikse administrasie en kantoorwerk
Hantering en verwerking van kontrakte en dokumentasie
Laai van eiendomme op Propdata en sosiale media
Lysing en bemarking van nuwe huureiendomme
Kommunikasie en opvolg met eienaars en huurders
Inspeksies: intree-, opvolg- en uittree-inspeksies
Maand-einde administrasie – verseker huurders betaal betyds
Hantering van instandhoudingskwessies en koördinering met eienaars, huurders en kontrakteurs in samewerking met die Instandhoudingsadministrateur
Vereistes:
Matrieksertifikaat (na-skool kwalifikasie is ‘n voordeel)
Ervaring in die eiendomsbedryf is voordelig
Sterke administratiewe en organisatoriese vaardighede
Goeie rekenaarvaardigheid – MS Office en Propdata
Uitstekende kommunikasievaardighede (geskrewe en verbaal)
Klientgerigte benadering en professionele voorkoms
Geldige bestuurslisensie en eie Vervoer

Rental Agent
Our client are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and professional Rental Agent to join our growing property team. The ideal candidate should have excellent administrative skills, be client-focused, and feel comfortable handling various rental-related responsibilities.
About the Company:
We are an established real estate agency based in Die Moot, Pretoria, specializing in residential rental contracts. Our focus is on sustainable client relationships, efficient service delivery, and professional property maintenance.
Benefits: Medical benefits available after 2 years of service
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00. Weekends and overtime as required

Key Responsibilities:
Managing existing rental contracts as assigned by the company
Daily administration and general office duties
Handling and processing contracts and documentation
Uploading property listings to Propdata and social media platforms
Listing and marketing new rental properties
Communicating and following up with owners and tenants
Conducting inspections: entry, routine, and exit inspections
Month-end administration – ensuring tenants pay on time
Handling maintenance issues and coordinating with owners, tenants, and contractors in collaboration with the Maintenance Administrator
Requirements:
Matric certificate (post-school qualification is an advantage)
Experience in the property industry is beneficial
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Good computer skills – MS Office and Propdata
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Client-focused approach and professional appearance
Valid driver’s license and own transport
